Data Scarping Macro.

Hi guys,

I will explain my idea in short although if this topic gain momentuum I do have details and examples standing by

So obviously I would like to build a macro or hire somebody to do that for me, and this excel macro would use me for data scarping purposes.

As input data for the macro there will bi simple list of keywords sorted in one column. Macro should take keyword by keyword, execte the task (which Ill explain in the next line ) and then write the result of this execution into other column next to first keyword. Process continues untill all keywords have been processed.

So what macro should be doing?

After it gets the keyword it should navigate to a website (there will be specific URL in the code) navigate to its search field, paste the keyword, preform the search on that website and if search display the results pick up those results and paste them back next to taken keyword.

Im aware that every website has different HTML structure and that code executing this task will vary depending on the website (in other words, developer would have to write the code for each website separately) but I was wondering
if there is some general purpose solution already made that I can use as a base for my developmant?

Yes, but how difficult would be to implement this kind of script in macro vs lets say webscript which will execute on web server?

I know that code needs to be written for every individual website but lets say I want to start with one and then later add others...
