Stock Report

Hi,

Please help me in making a stock Report.

Process is we get a particular product on rent which we again rent it to our customer.

Inward of the product then outward of the product.

After a certain period, our client returns the product, then we either need a return entry or close the previous outward entry by a formula which will ensure I have that product again with me.

The product has serial numbers so an inward product should not be allowed to have two outward as it can be rented to one person at one time, however once I get the product back from my customer then the same product can be rented to some other customer.

So an inward can have multiple outward entries provided there is a return against it. Need to have a formula to restrict duplication of outward unless there is a return.

Need to assign certain formula to cells in which the operator has to compulsorily fill that cell to save the entries made in a row.


I would appreciate if some1 could make a template for the same and share it with me.
