change path for save location based upon text in a cell

Hi,

I have a data validation drop down list with different locations for where I would like to save a document.


I would like to find a macro that will allow me to save the file, with the end of the path based upon the content of the three cells that contain drop down lists.

After the folder intervention, I would like to rest of the path to be determined by the folder names in cells "AH46","AH47" and "AH48".
Is this possible?
