Macro to find group of 5 similar values repeating same in one column

Hello,

I have set of lakh together lines, that need to be sorted out.

for ex: I have the following set of data;

Value1
Value2
Value3
Value4
Value5
Value1
Value2
Value3
Value6
Value7
Value8


I want to have a macro to find how many times (Value1,Value2 and Value3 are being repeated in the same column)

Could anyone please help me out with code.
