Hyperlink to activate cell(s) in other worksheet of same workbook

Hello!

I would like to have some cells (with values "1", "2", "3" and "4") that I put in, to work as hyperlinks to another worksheet in the same workbook.

I have this code that do it but only for the first value, the "1":

I attach an Excel file and a very little video to view online http://sendvid.com/b1gz84cq to a better understanding of what I want to do.

In this file, the value "1" in worksheet "List", is related to the definition "Area". So with rigth click on cell(s) with value(s) "1" the link will open the corresponding linked cell in the column under the name "Area" in the worksheet "Respons". I would that the same thing happen clicking on other cells (with values "2", "3" and "4") activating the relatives cell(s) under "District" (2), "Sector" (3) and "Group" (4).

So, I would like that cell(s) that contain the value(S) "1", "2", "3" or "4", when I click with the right mouse button, it link to the worksheet "Respons". You can see how the attached file work with right click on cell(s) with value "1".

It is possible to modify the code to do this?
