Codes to extract file names in folder & renaming sheets

Hi friends,

Can someone help me with the following 2 codes:

1) I want to extract the details of files in a drive, its folders, their sub-folders, etc.....
(I remember one of the members sharing a file manager spreadsheet in the past but I have lost the same)

2a) Renaming the sheets with the content in a particular cell on each sheet
2b) Extracting the names of the sheets in a workbook.
