help with codes for extracting data

Dear friends,

I am new to coding and am looking at writing a code to extract information in excel or csv from the followng link:

1)

basically the name "ONGC" will keep changing and the date 20-02-2014_TO_19-02-2016 will keep changing.

The data to be extracted can be saved in E:\Futures_Data\(FUTSTK_ONGC_20-02-2014_TO_19-02-2016)


2) Similar to the above. ONLY THE FUTSTK IN THE ABOVE CODE WILL CHANGE TO FUTIDX
