Macro run on specifik day/time

So last week I got help with running a macro every X min.

By inserting a Call timer in the end.

Now, could someone show me how to do the same - just to have it run every tuesday at 12:00.
My plan is to always have the workbook open in the background, as it ofcourse cant open the workbook also :D

What is the business reason for doing this or is it just for interest.

I gather orders throughout the week, and every tuesday I have a workbook that dispatches upcomming weeks orders to the right places by mail.

I can open the workbook with scheduler - but how do I get it to run the macro? The thing is, it cant run at the time it opens, as the workbook has so many links in it that it takes 5 minuts to refresh.
