Trying to create a Macro- To move data from time tracking system to payroll

Please review the attached attachments. TimeTrack is time for employees I got from the timekeeping software where they swipe their card and WE TIMESHEETS tab is the timesheet I have to send to the payroll everyweek. I want to build a macro where the fields in WE TIMESHEETS tab are automatically updated and yellow highlighted cells still have the formulas in them.I want to populate it upto 500 names.
Again, I need help and guidance for a macro or code by which I can auto populate name, Department and hours - only the green cells from TimeTrack worksheet and yellow cells still have the formulas in them.

I am not really experienced with Macros and programming. I did populate these by adding name to another columns and then using SUMIFS. I also had to add all the names manually in the WE TIMESHEETS and once I did copy and paste values over the whole sheet and my payroll department was extremely unhappy.
