conditional formating error in code

Good evening fellow experts,
I have got a button in my sheet that is adding a new row with two checkboxes. I want to automatically set to every new added row the conditional formating as can be seen in the code. The conditional fromating should set the different background colour in a cell once the checkbox is ticked (assigned cell has TRUE value) To get the code for conditional formating I recorded a macro so, that i setted the conditional formating on one cell and i changed the code then so, that it will be done for the whole row (I mean range with 14 cells in the same row). Despite that it is not working fine and when i tick the checkbox, nothing happens, the colour change itseld only when i push the button one more time. I want it to react immediately after ticking.
