    Format a pivot table based on values of a pivot column

    Good day guys, please I need your urgent help. Lets say i have a pivot table diplaying Student performance in 3 subjects ( Biology, English and Math). If each subject have different pass mark, how do i show a conditional formatting for these values? I would like to show GREEN if value is greater than or equal to 80% in biology and red if its less than, Then GREEN if value is >= 95% in English and Red if its less than. And finally show GREEN if value is >=85% in Maths and RED if its less than.

    Please help me as not sure how to achieve this in the same pivot table, maybe we need a vba. See below Pivot able image and file is also attached. Many thanks in anticipaiton.

    You can apply conditional formatting to pivot tables as you can to regular ranges.

    Afraid not. Given the current state of the forum and its malware issues, I won't download anything. I also happen to be on a phone at the moment as the forum is blocked by our Web filter for the same reasons.
