create a mail merge with address in cc

    hello

need your expertise to create a macro similar to mail merge function but an additional address will be in CC.

email message is located in sheet 2, details in red should be replaced based on sheet 1. note that 1 email should be sent per item in column B. so in given example, [email protected] should receive 4 separate emails with unique email message. subject of email will be also unique for each email "Column A - Tpdoc Number"

hope i made myself clear and somebody can really help me on this. super appreciate the help this forum had always given me

thank you for always being ready to assist... i have learned a lot from all the samples you have given me.. really appreciate it.

regarding above, macro.. creation of mails works fine.. just a 2 requests, if its not too much to ask...

    1. subject of the email should be: tpdoc number - vessel name. right now the subject being generated is just tpdoc number.
    2. any chance we could put the fields (vessel name, tpdoc numbr, deadline 1, deadline 2) in bold when creating the email message?

really sorry if im asking too much.. you are a great help dear..

    Hi Melody

I think both of these items can be dealt with...back to you a bit later.

    Edit...
In looking at it further I may need to reformat your Email Document a bit in order to Bold the vessel name, tpdoc numbr, deadline 1and deadline 2.

What do your Vessel Names ACTUALLY look like? How many characters...please give me examples.
What do your TPDoc Numbers ACTUALLY look like? How many characters...please give me examples.

Vessel name varies in the number of characters as well in format, sample is 123 Melody Diaz 456A. It is always 3 alphanumeric - a name (length of character varies everytime) - 4 alphanumeric. Not sure if it will help, but the vessel name will always be uniform for all the tpdocs in column B. So mabe instead of putting it in column A we can just put it in 1 cell? You are the expert.

Tpdoc number is always 9 digits.

    Hi Melody

In order to make the Bold work I had to reformat the Email Template...couldn't figure another way. See if it works for you.
