Data validation allowing multiple choices - issue with Pivot tables

Hello,

I have an Excel 2010 table (tab PSR - Open) in which column AC contains a data validation. . VBA code was used to allow more than one choice from a list to appear in a cell trough data validation. The issue is, when using Pivot table, the two entries in the same cell appear as only one row header instead of two. I need to split the data validation multiple entries and then to split the data pertaining to this cell by the number of multiple entries.

3.Bid period, 5.Technical clarification, analysis and recommendation -13 1

Here is what I need:

Row Labels # of days # of projects
3.Bid period, -6.5 0.5
5.Technical clarification, analysis and recommendation -6.5 0.5

Table is in tab PSR-Ouvert, pivot and chart in tab Pareto 2. I assume VBA code is required but I cannot write it. The VBA code for the multiple entries in data validation was supplied by a colleague who cannot resolve the issue with the pivot table.
