Renaming Worksheet Tabs with Tabs Existing Name + Today's Date

Hello, could someone please help modify my VBA code in Excel 2010 to do the following:

When I copy the worksheet named: Chart1 from Book1.xls to Book2.xls, I need to maintain the worksheet's tab name when it is copied across to Book2.xls.

Additionally, I need to add today's date to the worksheet's tab name once it is copied across to Book2.xls.

For Example:

If I copy worksheet named: Chart1 from Book1.xls to Book2.xls, then once it is copied across to Book2.xls, the worksheet needs to be renamed to: Chart1 - Today's Date. (e.g. Chart1 - 17 Feb 16).
