macro to sum amount in contigious and non contigious columns

Looking for a dynamic macro to add sum amount in contigious and non contigious columns

So depending of requirements column K,L,M,N,Oand R may have data for summing.

However column K ,L,O and R may need summing but to take in account that there may be blank cells among the columns.
See attached

No of rows may vary from 30 to 15000 rows
