Find New/ Updated files in Folder

Hello Friends,

I have 1 folder which contains many word files for example :- I have 10 word files..

Now.. if some files are updated or if new files are added.. how can we know which one are updated & which one are new..
can we achieve this with VBA..

Please suggest
