copy and paste student master data

please find the below details,
I am currently copying student personal data from excel and past into the intranet webpage manually. I need VBA code where it copy, paste and this information in webpage.
Current Process:

1. Copy data from attached screen excel sheet i.e., A4 to G4
2. Open the intranet Web page………
3. Press F5/F6 keys as appropriate.
4. Paste the values in the field allocated in the Web page.
Note:
The format used in the web page same as excel format
All students name already appeared in the web page. No missed student’s name or are ignored.
F5 & F6 are the function keys giving in the web page. If I press F5 webpage opens Students personal data screen. If I enter F6 webpage open Students academic details.
5. Save the record in web page
6. Return to Excel sheet for subsequent record i.e., A5 to G5. This process goes till last record in the excel sheet.
