Macro to Create External Link with Some Specific Cells Base on Cell Value

Dear All,

I check one forum from ExcelForum and Copy one macro with some little modification , All other this are ok but i am unable add a line in macro to link remaining two cell L35 and L36.

I really need your help ... please.
