Cell reference error in VBA

The workbook I am working in should get populated from the workbook referenced in the code. The result is the Name of the workbook & name of the sheet get doubled up and causes an invalid cell reference (of course)

This is what the formula looks like in the Excel bar

It is driving me crazy, why is it duplicating, what am I missing?

it is just because a typo error that Excel intercept and is modifying your formula.
The [] are required around the workbook name only. Not from the beginning of the path.
