Find Numbers - Copy Paste - Web Pull Data

Hi

I would like the data below each runner copied and pasted to spcified pink cells of their number

Thing is some times some runners are not included (Scratched) so the Data length changes .

There are always 8 runners but they can use between 1-10.

So simply, find the number 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 then copy any and all data below each number including the number as it is displayed too the pink cells as in Columb i

Should be pretty easy for a genius
