Macro to find a text and paste cell data in differnt worksheet.

Having difficulties finding a certain text and pasting. I would like a macro to find the find the word "Team" that is located in column A and paste that rows data into cell o1 in a different worksheet. I would like to then search for the next text that contains the same word "Team" and paste that rows data into cell p1 on the same different worksheet. I would then like to find the word " mobile" which will only appear once and paste that rows data into different worksheet in cell q1.

Are you looking for just cells with the single word "Team" in them or cells that contain the word "Team"?

Are you transposing the row data when it is pasted to the other sheet?

In column A and column A only is the text " team lob x" I want the cells that contain the word "Team". X is a number that will always be different and the data I am seeking.
When it is imported to a different worksheet I can then sort my data the way I want it. So techically I only need
the data in the cell that contains the word "team lob".
