Allow Filtering via dropbox on protected sheet, then allow defiltering

Hi guys, hope you can help with this one.

I have the following code which allows filtering of A9:F100 by the dropbox in A1.

It works great but doesn't allow you to 'select all' without the worksheet being unprotected.

Please note although this has been created in Excel 2007, I need this to work in Excel 2010.

In cell K21 *
change list validation to $K$1:$K21
