I have the following code written to force a document to save a certain way but only when a certain field is filled in.

The two issues I am having is that the message boxes are popping up twice in a row before saving the document and then once the document is saved Excel freezes and says it's no longer working. The file does get saved correctly, but I have to close everything and reopen it to add more info. I would like the save message boxes to only popup once per time that the save button is clicked. Also, please help with the freezing issue at the end of the file save. FYI, I have a hidden sheet2 that has a small amount of data in it that I don't want users to be able to access. My file is attached in a zip file.
