VBA multiple select

Goodmorning,

I have a challenge which I am at a loss to solve.

I have a set of date in which I need to do calculations for a management report.
The dataset consist op multiple columns, eg:

Name Filled
Doc1 yes
Doc1 yes
Doc1 no
Doc2 yes
Doc3 no
Doc3 no

from the first column I need to get a list of unique names, solved this with:
For i = 1 To TotUni
Range("O" & i + 1) = WorksheetFunction.CountIf(Range("I2", Range("I" & Rows.count).End(xlUp)), Range("N" & i + 1))
Next i

However, I need for each unique name the total filled yes.

End result should be as:
Name #yes
Doc1 2
Doc2 1
Doc3 0

Please help.
