Make fields mandatory else pop up dialog box while saving

I need to pop a message box. If the A cell s filled with name or any value then a range of rows must be mandatory ( a2 is filled then b2 c2 g2, h2 shouldn't be left bank. If it is blank then while saving a dialog box should pop up.
I need to apply this for all the columns.

    Anyone can help

Why don't you do this using conditional formatting?
You haven't even mentioned which version of Excel...

Well, you can start with Google

There are many more like this.
I suggest some basic learning will make you less dependant
You can always ask later but I suggest you start with this
