Record Date if Cell is Greater Thank W/ Dynamic Cells

Hello All,

I am having a hard time finding either the correct macro or function to place in a couple columns.

First, let me describe the sheet.

I have a code built into Cell A5 that upon refreshing the worksheet, returns a list of securities down Column A.
Columns C (Company Name),D(Intra day low price for the day),E (Performance YTD) and F(Equity Float) have specific codes that refer to the ticker in Column A. Column G = Column D x Column F. This worksheet will be refreshed daily, so Column G #'s will fluctuate up or down.

I am looking for a code to place in Column H that will record the "Date" once Column G crosses 1,000. Once Column H has a "Date", Column I will countdown from 90 business days. For example, if date in H7 is 3/28/16 then I7 should have 87 returned since today is 3/31/16.

The part I am having trouble with is the following...
If Column G decreases back below 1,000 than Column H and I should reset to displaying nothing until it goes back over 1,000 again to where it resets the date of cross and 90 day countdown.
