Mandatory data enter via pop up boxes
So i have a order form that i want certain data to not only be mandatory but enter via pop up boxes when you open the file. So when you open this order form pop ups would force you to enter data into B2,B3,B4,B5 & D2,D3,D4,D5. I've attached a picture of the cells so you can see the reference questions. As well as the source excel file

Have you tried the Data Validation tools on the DATA tab? This allows you to control user input to match specific requirements.

I have the below mapped out, i got it to run macro when file is opened and got the text boxes working. Just need to figure out how to also mark all these as mandatory.

What about a simple UserForm such as in the attached?
It requires all fields to be completed before letting the user back to the worksheet.
It's not perfect, needs a little tinkering for force date/time values in a certain format for example, but it's an idea.

@BSB: Thanks for the tip on the form, it's a much more elegant solution then the several pop-ups i had. I just had it set to fire when the document opens, going to mess with some validation settings to see where i can take it. Really appreciate the help! Sorry about the code tags i'm new here and still learning.
