How to get increasing numbers in a textbox

Dear Gurus and experts!

You are requested to please help me in the bellow mentioned problem:

I have a userform with only one textbox1 and one commandbutton1 .What I want my texbox is to show numbersf from 1 to onwards with every click of commandbutton .For exmple if I click command button the text box should show 1 then with the next click ,2 ,with the next click 3 and so on .I hope you have got my target.
