Find specific time and delete a selection of data

Hi

I'm trying to figure out a macro to scroll down through a list of data until it finds a specific start date and time and delete all the data previous to it. I then want it to scroll up from the bottom and find a specific end date and time and delete all the date below it.

For example I have a set of data from 17/02/2016 at 17:53 until 07/04/2016 at 16:58. I only want the data from 26/02/2016 at 01:00 until 06/04/2016 at 00:59.

I want to determine the start and end timestamp in cells A1 and A2 respectively.

The date and times are in column A and are in 40 second intervals so the start and end timestamps (cells A1 and A2) will not be the exact values seen in column A. For example I want to type in cell A1 a start time of 26/02/2016 01:00 however the nearest value to this in column A is 26/02/2016 01:00:22.

I have attached files that show what it looks like before and after.
