Multiple IFs

I have 5 Checkboxes, and the user has the choice to check only one box, and I want to construct a logic with IF to check if the user checked more than 1 checkbox it should alert him/her that he/she should check only only box.

Option buttons would be a better choice - these only allow 1 button per group to be selected.
