Need help creating macro--> Add column B text the end of SPECIFIC Rows in Column A text

The Issue I need a way to add the orange box text to the end of the yellow box text and a way to add the blue box text to the end of the green box text. Please keep in mind this example photo is not the actual project I am working on, the actual project will contain over 150 Product numbers represented by the yellow and green boxes.

Further Info. I am creating a data-feed of sorts for a company. The company offers products constructed out of two different types of materials. Each type of material can be ordered in different colors. Material 1 can be ordered in 25 different colors represented by the orange box, Material 2 can be ordered in 3 colors represented by the blue box. There are over 150 products, so this list will easily clear over 1000 rows. I've started entering it in manually but as you can imagine this is taking quite a bit of time and I have deadline coming up. Any help is much appreciated.
