Averaging last 3 rows of data using VBA

    Hi guys,
I currently am using a userform for data entry into an excel spreadsheet. My employees insert their data three times a shift, and I want to be able to average those last three shifts automatically. Is there an code I can put into VBA that will average those last three rows of data? If needed I can attach the file.
    Thanks

Assuming the values are in column A, adjust as needed.

I'm interested in starting a career working with VBA, if anyone knows of any opportunities!
