Modify Worksheet VBA Code

Hi, This code works but errors on any change I make to the worksheet, I want it to work so I can modify other cells in the sheet & not get an error. It is only one column in the list that I want to use the DVL.

The data in this sheet refers to an OBDC sql link, when I press update all the data changes and errors pop up
