    When a certain text is in cell, copy paste in cells left or right of the text

    Hello Excel Experts,
    I was wondering is there a macro that when a certain word is in column G then paste copied cells F1:F4 in column F (left of the word). Also, when a certain word is in column R then paste cells in column S:X right of the word. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
