clean up a text file with code

Ive attached 2 text files. currently I get the data as scrambled and id like to clean it up. so if you look at the clean version, each tool is on a different line.

I have 100 +++ of these so id like a code that will do it for me! thank you

This is essentially a recorded Macro. Place both Files in the same Folder. Open Code book. CTRL + x will fire the Code; you'll be prompted to select a Text File to import.

Thank you! but I was trying to un-scrambled it and save it in the same text file. this does work but it puts it In the excel sheet.
