Combining semi-duplicated records (with different columns)?

How would I combine records if specified columns are the same?

Here's what I have, and the result I'm looking for:

I'm not sure if it's possible with built-in function such as merge or this requires VBA -- I searched on google but couldn't find the same problem. Any recommended direction would be appreciated.

you get better help on your question if you add a small excel file, without confidential information.

please also add the expected result manualy in the file.

Change the ws1 name on the first line of code to match you actual sheet name.

Also assumes data starts in column A.

I'm interested in starting a career working with VBA, if anyone knows of any opportunities!
