Updating a custom ribbon for an excel Add in

Sorry if I mess this up, this is my first post but I'm at my wits end. I have been tasked with updating an add in and the creator of the add in is no longer with the company. I created a macro and updated the code but I cannot figure out how to update the custom ribbon that was created for the add in. The ribbon has buttons that call custom macros. Please see the image attached. Any ideas?

Is there anyway to do it without downloading an editor?

You can do it with Notepad - it's just a bit harder.
