RTD losing sync with ThinkOrSwim

Hello, recently I've tried to write calculations in Excel's VBA using the RTD from ThinkOrSwim's trading platform. I am losing sync from ThinkOrSwim after a couple of hours. My research has found that if Excel is calculating during a refresh, because of too much code, could cause it too crash. So I removed the code completely and still losing sync. I also have tried a manual refresh by setting the refresh throttle to -1 and using refreshdata() inside a timed loop at 10 second intervals and still losing sync. I have asked ThinkOrSwim for help and still waiting on them. So if anyone could give some suggestions I would be very happy!

Hello Mr. Moderator. I have requested the removal of the thread on Mr. Excel's site. I am waiting for their response. I would like a complete removal of the cross-posting so I won't be scared as a cross-poster. If this doesn't work and with your suggestions, I would like to Kill this thread and resubmit a complete new one on your site only. I am willing to do the correct thing to resolve this matter in hopes I clear this up. Thank you.

Hello Mr. Moderator, As you can see I am getting no responses. I believe it is due to the cross-reference message. I have asked the other site to remove the related cross-reference thread. And I am asking the same of you. PLEASE remove this thread so I may start over. I understand I created this issue and I am trying to resolve it. If I can't get this cleared than I will be having to go another path resulting in the same question being asked again. Of course I will need to reword it but still creating an almost cross-path. Of course I am willing to listen to your suggestions but I think the only real path is to kill this thread and let me start over with one site. Thank You.
