Sync Briefcase

Hi Dave

I have 2 identical Excel files, both on separate computers, and both stored in a desktop briefcase. I make changes to both files and need the changes to be updated to the other file periodically (actually about every 10 minutes).

If you right click on a briefcases in desktop there is a facility there to "update All" whereby 2 identical Briefcases held (and connected) on 2 separate computers can be syncronised. So I could ask....is there a way for VBA to right click a briefcase in Desktop then click update all ? I would imagine it could be done using sendkeys but heard it's unreliable ?

But, is there a better way to sync two excel files held on 2 different computers ?
