Copy and paste range using a variable

I am sure this is the simplest of questions, but I cannot for the life of me find the solution using Google nor ExcelForum search.

My problem is more complicated, but boils down to this:

I have a range in a sheet I need to copy to another sheet. Since have multiple ranges to copy and do not want to go back and forth between sheets, I'd like to copy them into named variables. I would then like to paste this range into another worksheet, knowing the upper left corner I want.

Anyone know how to do this simply? I keep getting errors!
