Copy a value to another cell every time it is modiefied (every time in another cell)

Hello!

I have a program, which is connected to excel. Program is showing live scores of a tennis match and live odds in excel. So, every cell shows some information about match (sets, games, points, sever, odds), and because it is live, values in these cells are constantly changing (every point, every 10sec-1min).
What I would like, is that after every point, every time values changes, I would scrape these values, so I would like to copy these values to another cells,sheet,data. And do the same for every change of result (points of player 1 or points of player 2), but every time to another cells, one below other. I also put pictures to show, how I thought it would be nice to have data.

I hope you could understand what my problem is, and if it could be done in excel, or should I include some other programs too.
