Is there a way to alter the chart title without changing the existing chart title format?
When I do this, it does not work, it resets the format:

The Chart Title Format is like this, the first line is Font Arial Size 15.5, and the second and third line is Arial 10. All of the black color.

I don't know if this will work, but you can write the information for the chart title to a cell in the workbook and then set the chart title equal to the cell.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.
