For some reason, when I click the 'Paperclip' icon to attach a file, nothing happens. I have also tried by using 'Manage Attachments' with no luck. I am using Excel 2010 with Windows 10. I had the same problem when I was using Windows 7. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
You can say "THANK YOU" for help received by clicking the Star symbol at the bottom left of the helper's post.

I just got lucky for whatever reason and the Manage Attachments is working again! The paper clip still doesn't work though.
