Colour Specific Interior Cell Colours

Hi there I am wondering if someone can help me. For legal reasons I can not share the file in question so I have made a new one as an example so I can provide as much information as possible.

In the attached File on the Dashboard sheet I have 3 pumps. Each pump gets updated with a macro and the user selects if it is online or offline and then the interior cell changes colour. For example when I click on C8 I would then click on the update and select offline or online. If online the interior colour of the cell (C8) changes colour (Example if select online the interior colour goes green).

What I am trying to do is have that interior colour of C8 copy and pasted into the second sheet (handover) and pasted into the pump status cell (C8) so every time a pump get updated it changes colour and automatically copied on the other sheet to correspond. So if all pump are red then on the other sheet in the status area all the pumps will be red as well.

Hope this is as much information required and any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I am using Excel 2010 and I haven't decided on a specific colour index yet either.
