Excel VBA to extract data from relative position cells with respect to data cells

Dear all,
Please help me out with VBA code to list all the data (In new adjacent sheet) from colored cell position including BLANKS.

PS: 1) Ignore color, its only for demonstration.
2) Position of that value remains same for each name under 'Name' column.
