Userform not recognized??

In the attached file,

in the code of the userform "PROV_PANDL_IN_USD"

I am trying to refer to the userform "PANDL" but VBA does not recognize the object although in all the other userforms or module I don't have any issue......

When I type pandl. it should propose me all the boxes of the PANDL userform........

can someone have a look and try to explain to me why this happen only under PROV_PANDL_IN_USD userform....

Conflict was with the box named "pandl" (like the userform I wanted to refer to) in PROV_PANDL_IN_USD userform
