    Select Range in Locked Sheet

Hello all - let me preface my situation by saying I am VERY new to VBA. That being said, I'm trying to code a macro so that when I click in a cell, it automatically selects a certain range. The sheet is locked so that only the cells that are not filled (i.e. the white cells) are clickable. Per the attached screenshot of the spreadsheet, what would be the easiest way for me to do this? Thanks!
