Looking for Excel vba code for starting the "screen clipping" tool in excel

Hi guys,

I joint recently this community with the hope to get a support on my excel vba issue.
I wrote a small program in excel vba which is just simulating key strokes to open the "screen clipping tool" which is a part of excel 2010.
(in excel 2010: goto --> insert --> screenshot --> "screen clipping")

Now I got the information that some other computers are using German or English excel version and also office 2010 or 2016 is in use. With my actual program the key strokes are not working on all computers.

Now I would like to ask you is their any possibility to run a vba command which is starting the "screen clipping" tool directly without any key stroke in excel?
