Delete Rows (w/Zero & Errors) but Not My Notes

Using this wonderful code worked out with the help of forum gurus, but needs a tweek or something.

Objective is to delete the rows with Zeroes and Errors in the far-right column and this code does exactly that.
It is also deleting all but the last row of my notes that are below the table area and in Column B, which is not what I want to happen.
I don't understand why they are taking a hit when the code is looking in Column A for a row count, after finding the Find target, and not using Column B for anything that I can tell.

Attached is a sample sheet with a Before tab showing the resulting problem of only one line of note remaining; the other tabs are for testing.
