Custom UI Editor not allowing custom images

Hello,

The attached file is a custom excel ribbon that I am creating. I have images that I have loaded to the Custom UI Editor however when I assign that custom image to a button the photo doesn't come through. Any suggestions what I am missing? Thanks!
